Returns
Since every piece of our polymer clay jewelry is handmade (and a little one-of-a-kind treasure), all sales are final. That means no returns, exchanges, or cancellations—once it’s yours, it’s yours.
BUT—we’re not monsters. If your order shows up looking less than fabulous (aka damaged in transit), just drop us a message within 2 business days along with photos and we’ll work some magic to fix the situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We happily accept exchange requests—but only within 24 hours of your order. After that, your piece is already in the works and set on its destiny. So please peek twice, click once, and we’ll both avoid any “oops” moments.
Refunds
Because each piece of jewelry is handmade, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if your item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery at lovely.oddities333@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
Once we’ve reviewed your request and approved the refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the posting on their end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it hit your account, reach out to us at the email above along. with your financial institution.
