Q: What are your earrings made of?
A: All earrings are handmade from high-quality polymer clay. They're light weight, durable, and comfortable for all-day wear. I also use hypo allergenic, nickel-free post/hooks (stainless steel or gold-plated depending on the design).
Q: Are they heavy?
A: Not at all! Polymer clay is very light, making even statement pieces comfortable to wear.
Q: Will they break easily?
A: Polymer clay is strong and slightly flexible once cured, but like all handmade jewelry, it deserves a little TLC. Avoid bending or dropping them to keep them looking their best.
🛒 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Ready-to-ship pieces usually hit the road in 5–7 business days. The moment a label is printed, you’ll get a shiny tracking number to follow the journey. Custom or made-to-order designs take a bit more love (about 2 weeks), but trust me—they’re well worth the wait.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes! I love collaborating on custom designs. Whether you have a color palette in mind or a specific theme, I’d be happy to bring your idea to life.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time I only ship within the US. As we grow I will definitely ship internationally.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if my earrings arrive damaged?
A: That’s rare, but if it happens, please contact me within 48 hours with photos. I’ll gladly replace, repair, or resolve the issue quickly.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, I can’t accept returns on worn earrings. However, if there’s an issue with your order, I’m here to help. Please reach out and we’ll find a solution.

Q: How do I care for my polymer clay earrings?
A: A few simple tips will keep them beautiful:
- Water:Do not wear your earrings while showering, swimming, or during workouts.
- Chemicals & Makeup:Avoid direct contact with perfumes, aerosol products, lotions, and harsh jewelry cleaners.
- Excessive Heat:Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or leaving them in a hot car can soften or warp the clay.
- Bending:While flexible, the clay can crack if bent or if too much pressure is applied.
- Scratches:Store earrings away from hard or sharp objects that could scratch their surface.
Q: How do I store my earrings?
Heres some tips to keep your earrings safe
Proper Storage:
- Store earrings in a cool, dry place to prevent them from weakening or tarnishing the metal findings.
- Give your earrings their own space in a jewelry box or soft pouch.
- Avoid squashing them into bags or pockets where metal parts could scratch the clay.
Q: Can I wear them in water?
A: It’s best not to. Please remove your earrings before swimming, showering, or sleeping to extend their life.
